WHAT can be returned?
If an item is damaged or faulty, and this damage is not caused by misuse or neglect, under The the host country Consumer Law, returns will be issued.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Return to LEILMALL office or to the closest LEILMALL stockist office.
How do customers claim return items?
To start a return claim:
Log in to your LEILMALL Account
Go to the support Centre
Follow the prompts to submit an online return claim
Once you get response from us and your return is approved, post the returns to our Nearest stockist.
