All payments made on LEILMALL are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully completed, no refund, cancellation, reversal or cash reimbursement will be available under any circumstances.
The amount paid by the user can only be used for the applicable products and services available through LEILMALL. Payments cannot be converted into cash or returned to the user after a successful payment.
By proceeding with registration and payment, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Refund/Cancellation Policy and agrees that no refund will be available after payment.
Undelivered third-party services
Where a third-party service you paid for (such as airtime, a data bundle, a utility bill or a gift card) is not delivered by the provider, the corresponding amount is returned only as LEILMALL wallet credit for use on the platform. It is never paid out as cash and does not entitle the user to a cash refund.
How to request help
For any question about a transaction, provide the transaction reference and your account email through the Contact page. Never include a password, full gift card code or PIN in a support message.
